

Getting CurseForge setup for Minecraft is now complete, and we can finally install some Minecraft modpacks with the CurseForge App! This is very, very easy. If it doesn't, you can double-click the icon on your desktop. When they are done, there should be a ‘Launch' button. Now, the CurseForge Launcher and the Overwolf app will install. Moving on, read the Terms and Privacy Policy for Overwolf, and check the box next to the I have agreed text if you agree with them. Overwolf is the developer of the CurseForge Launcher, and the Overwolf App has to be installed when installing CurseForge. You can check the ‘Create a desktop short for Overwolf' tick as well if you would like. When it opens, click the ‘Next' button, select that you want to make sure the ‘Create a desktop shortcut for CurseForge' tick box is checked. To do this, double-click on the CurseForge file you downloaded to open up the CurseForge Installer. Now, it is time to actually install the CurseForge Launcher. Step 2) Install The CurseForge Launcher for Minecraft Modpacks You may need to keep/save the file depending on your browser. When you click this button, the CurseForge installer will download. However, the process is mostly the same for both platforms. In this article, we will mostly be focused on Windows. From there, click on the ‘Download for Windows' button if you are on Windows and ‘Download for macOS' if you are on Mac.
