They said that this is NORMAL for child accounts! And I only have to wait untill he turns 15 or 16 years old and then he will be able to play the game. I was speaking with EA help twice today, but it still bothers me and I can't believe, that this might be true. I installed EA Play app, logged in with his Xbox account only to find that the games library is empty and he can't download anything - it's just empty page asking me for a redeem code. Today he wanted to play NFS Heat on PC (Windows 11). He was using it on Xbox One without a single issue. He was using EA Play before it became available in GPU. My child has an Xbox/Microsoft child account with Game Pass Unlimited.
