

We also ended up paying for them to mount it to an existing mount & mount the new soundbar. They deliver in the area for free which made it more convenient not having to lug the gigantic 75" box home. The price were both were too great a deal to pass up. I webt back to the store in less than 2 weeks & bought a 75" Samsung QN90B & the Q800B soundbar. Josh's business card had his cell number & I had some questions before I purchased & he replied back in a timely fashion. I wasn't ready to buy yet so he printed me some info & told him I'd be in touch.

I wasn't in the market for a soundbar but he demo'd two for me that peaked my interest. The prices were indeed cheper than Best Buy. He showed me the TV I was interested & a model above that. I came in one day & dealt with sales manager Josh Wiley who provided excellent customer service. Was in the market for a 75" TV & saw a commercial for The Big Screen Store that said they had a surplus & could discount Samsung TVs a lower than their competitors. Used to be a Luskins customer back in the day but have been a loyal Best Buy customer since the Luskins Hill location closed years ago.
